15-20 serving tray: Bake at 350° for 1.5 - 2 hours 6-10 serving tray: Bake at 350° for 1 hour Before placing in oven, remove foil lid making sure cheese isn’t stuck to it. Spray the inside of the lid with Pam (or similar product) an replace. Place tray on a cookie sheet or low-sided pan and bake with cover on. Check large tray after baking for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes Check small tray after 45 minutes. Once cheese is melted, remove the lid to brown the top [approximately 5 minutes]. Replace cover to remove tray from oven. NOTE: These foil trays tend to flex, replacing the lid will help reinforce the overall rigidity of the pan. Actually, there is one last instruction... enjoy!
